Refund Policy 

At Ruggish, each product is custom-designed and individually crafted with care. We take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of our items, and all products are thoroughly assessed and inspected prior to shipment to ensure there are no faults or defects.

Custom Product Policy
Due to the custom-made nature of our rugs and other designs, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or if you decide the product is no longer suitable. Please choose carefully when placing your order and review all product details, measurements, and visuals before confirming your purchase.

Faulty or Defective Products
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees your rights to a remedy if a product is faulty. If your product:

  • Has a manufacturing fault,

  • Is damaged upon arrival,

  • Does not match the description provided,

You may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

To make a claim:

  1. Contact us at info@ru6gish.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the fault or damage.

  3. We will assess your claim and notify you of the outcome. If the fault is confirmed, we will cover the cost of returning the item and sending a replacement (or provide a refund, if appropriate).

Important Notes

  • All return claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the above criteria.
