Processing and Production Time
All Ruggish products are made to order. Please allow:

7–14 business days for production and quality inspection of custom rug designs.

We will notify you via email once your order has been dispatched.

We deliver Australia-wide using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on weight and destination.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated by the courier.
Delivery Issues
